Strength Challenge
Working with a partner.
One of you will be a timer/counter, the other will be doing the activity.
You have 1 minute to do the following activities.
1) Push Ups
2) Sit Ups
Once you have both completed the activity add the scores together and write on the sheet.
If you still have time both of you are to complete the stork Stand test. Add the seconds onto you final tally.
